As a compassionate, proactive and dependable caregiver my goal is to improve the overall quality of life for daily living with dignity and respect for those I care for. Experience with elder care ranges from administration to the more personal interaction of private home care focused on individual attention. The pursuit of a certification credential of CNA was intended to gain additional qualifications, knowledge and skills to improve the safety, quality of life, mobility, dignity and daily comfort of those who are aging in place. My skills include assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including personal care, companionship, assistance with ambulation and movement, range of motion exercises, medication management, meal planning and preparation, and housekeeping. Having a eye for detail, areas of the home that require initiative are addressed. I am kind and encouraging to offer hands on help while respectful of maintaining independence.
