About Samantha

Being a big sister has been one of the most important roles in my life. Since my brother was born, I've helped care for him and watched him grow into the energetic 9-year-old he is today. Through that experience, I've learned the importance of patience, consistency, creativity, and making children feel safe and supported. Outside of caregiving, I recently earned my Master's degree at UConn and work in student support and advising. I love helping young people build confidence, learn new things, and have fun. Families can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and genuinely invested in their child's well-being. I am bilingual in English and Portuguese and am happy to support language development in bilingual households.
