I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide with a college degree and one year of experience providing care. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
