She demonstrated patience, compassion, kindness and a unique ability to cross the generational gap in her conversations with my dad. She was exception in her diligence with meds and caregiving tasks and could totally be relied upon to exercise good judgement. The family was always confident when dad was in Sam's care. Sadly my dad passed away and Sam is no longer employed with us. Be the lucky family to hire her!
