Hi! I'm a caring, dependable, and patient childcare professional with 8 years of experience working in educational settings with students from kindergarten through 12th grade. My teaching background has given me extensive experience supporting children of different ages, personalities, learning styles, and developmental needs. For the past 2 years, I have also worked as a Behavior Technician (BT), providing individualized support to children while helping them strengthen communication, social, behavioral, and everyday life skills. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and meeting each child where they are. I'm comfortable helping with homework, educational activities, routines, playtime, and providing a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
