About Ashley

Hi families! My name is Ashley, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Behavioral Interventionist, and babysitter. Through my work as a CNA, I've developed strong skills in providing compassionate care, ensuring safety, and supporting individuals with their daily needs. As a Behavioral Interventionist, I have experience working with children with autism and other special needs, helping them develop communication, social, and behavioral skills. I also have hands-on babysitting experience caring for children in my family. Having a sibling on the autism spectrum has given me an even deeper understanding of the importance of patience, compassion, and individualized care. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow.
