About Samantha

One thing you should know about me is that I have a lot of experience teaching students! I am a certified teacher with almost 10 years classroom experience . I also have Masters degree in Educational Administration. One year ago I decided to put my career on pause to stay home with my newborn son. After taking a year off, I am excited to get back to one of my passions- teaching. I miss working with students dearly, and I feel like tutoring will help me fill a place in my heart that's missing right now. I've taught students from K-5th grade from all different backgrounds. One day I will get back in the classroom, but right now my place is with my family. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, compassionate, and patient. My family and I enjoy traveling, camping, and swimming. When I am not on mom duty I love reading mysteries, cooking, and attending Barre3. I'm looking for a job that is close to home and is available in the afternoon/evenings after my husband gets home from work.
