She is very empathetic and understanding. Sam helped my brother through a very hard time, going to the hospital with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She is very creative and always finds a way to make my brother comfortable, using foam and lots of rags to support his arms while he plays his games, its amazing. She always shows up early, ready to take on the day! Definitely a hard worker and a great caregiver.
