About Teresa

Hello, my name is Teresa and I would like to introduce myself. I have been caring for seniors since 2016 and I would describe my personality as energetic, friendly and caring. I love caring for seniors because it's a blessing to be able to help them navigate this period in their life, and to create a positive impact. They also have many stories to share about their lives which always keeps the day fun! Working with seniors also brings an incredible opportunity to learn from their wisdom and experiences. I'm looking for a job that connects me to people in a positive environment. In my spare time, I like to read, bake, go for walks and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am very dependable and caring. Some of my skills include cooking and meal prep, assisting with daily activities including transportation, medication management and coordinating care with healthcare providers, all while providing a safe and caring environment.
