About Salma

Empowering students to reach their full potential drives my approach to education. With seven years of experience, I specialize in tailoring instruction to meet the unique needs of elementary through high school learners in Math, Science, and Test Preparation. I hold a college degree and have completed training in Individualized Education Programs (IEP). My teaching philosophy centers on fostering critical thinking within a patient, supportive environment. I assess your learning style through active observation, adapting my methods--from visual aids to hands-on practice--to ensure concepts click. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting lessons to your personal interests, I help build both confidence and momentum. I believe clear, consistent communication is the foundation of our success. Ultimately, witnessing your "aha!" moment as you master a challenging skill is what makes this work so deeply rewarding for me.
