I am a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with 3 years of hands-on experience working in nursing homes and assisted-living communities. I am both CNA and Medication Aide certified, and I have extensive experience supporting residents with personal care, ADLs, medication administration, mobility assistance, memory care, and daily companionship. Throughout my years in long-term care, I've developed a strong understanding of the unique physical and emotional needs of seniors. I take pride in building trust, promoting dignity, and helping each resident feel safe, respected, and valued. I am detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in recognizing changes in condition and communicating effectively with families and healthcare teams.
