About Mya

My caregiving journey began at home while helping care for my grandmother during her experience with dementia. Supporting her through daily tasks--such as meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and companionship--taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of meeting someone with memory loss exactly where they are each day. That hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in providing reliable, attentive care while maintaining dignity and comfort. I now bring that same compassionate, professional approach to every family I work with.
