My grandmother and I interviewed her and felt like she would be a good fit. We hired her and gave her a day and time she would start. The morning she was supposed to start she never showed up to provide care for my grandmother and she never called to cancel. I attempted to reach her multiple times and her phone went straight to voicemail. I was unable to leave a message. We were depending on her being there to provide care for my grandmother who is a high fall risk and she failed to make it. She is not reliable or dependable.
