About Sade

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. For the past four years, I've had the privilege of supporting families as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I provide home health, mobility assistance, and physical activity support. I also handle errands and shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of building connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, and de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method. I also have some college experience and current CPR Training. I have a car, so I can get around easily.
