I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral disabilities. Growing up with two siblings with intellectual disabilities gave me a lifelong passion for this work. I've worked as a Direct Support Professional, Job Coach, Day Services Coordinator, and Behavior Direct Support Professional, providing personal care, medication administration, behavior support, community integration, and individualized care. I'm also CPR, First Aid, Safe Crisis Management, and QMAP certified. I am kind, patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others achieve greater independence while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
