About Sabrina

Hi! I'm Sabrina, and I love creating environments where children feel safe, seen, and inspired to learn through play, creativity, and movement. My background is in Child Psychology, and over the past several years I've built my career working with people of all ages as a yoga teacher, reiki healer, children's art instructor, and wellness educator. I periodically host art classes, where I encourage creativity, confidence, emotional expression, and problem solving through hands-on projects. Families often describe me as calm, patient, dependable, and compassionate. Whether we're making art, spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, reading stories, or finding fun ways to learn, I hope to make each day engaging and meaningful. I'm happy to assist with meal prep, homework, transportation, light household tasks and maintaining consistent routines.
