About Raquel

I'd describe my personality as creative, attentive and knowledgeable. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. The past 10 consecutive years I cared for multiple families of all sizes and cultures. Since 2019 I specialized on special needs children. I currently work full-time as an Arts Coordinator at a special needs school where I teach arts, photography and film to our residents age 7 - 23 years old. In my spare time, I like to relax at home spending time with family and exploring new places around. My skills include caretaking to all ages, special needs training and experience, arts background and degree in Media, cared for families up to 4 children and experience with autism, down syndrome and cerebral palsy.
