About Rylynn

Hi! I'm Rylynn, an Educational Support Professional (ESP) with over 5 years of experience working with children. I currently work in an elementary school supporting students with a variety of needs, including autism and other developmental and behavioral disabilities. I'm MANDT certified in crisis prevention and de-escalation, allowing me to provide calm, safe, and patient care in challenging situations. I'm happy to help with homework, meal prep, light housekeeping, bedtime routines, crafts, and fun activities. I'm available after school on weekdays and on weekends. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun while giving parents peace of mind.
