I'd describe my personality as creative, caring and organized I like working with kids because they are a joy to be around. They are full of life and creativity! I'm looking for a job that will help me learn and grow creatively and sharpen my life skills. I started working with kids at age 14 babysitting for families in my area and being one of 12 kids I had the responsibility of taking care of/raising my seven younger Sibling's.
