About Rylee

Hi there! I am a BYU graduate with a bachelor's degree in Family Science and Human Development. I understand the impact of extra support on daily family functioning! I have 2 years of household management experience including home organization, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, making returns, among other errands. I consider myself to be very intuitive and observant which allows me to learn routines quickly, notice needs as they arise, and find timely solutions. I also have 6+ years of nannying experience and have worked with children from newborns to teenagers. I take a gentle caregiving approach which emphasizes emotional literacy and respect, but also prioritizes maintaining firm boundaries. I love working with families to build a warm and supportive home environment where everyone feels at peace. I'm looking for part-time work MWF starting in March.
