Hi, my name is Ryen, and I'm a 19-year-old from Blaine, Minnesota. I graduated from Centennial High School and attended the College of Saint Benedict for one semester before returning home to gain more hands-on experience. I'm an outgoing and motivated person who enjoys cooking, coloring, going on adventures, and spending time outdoors. I've been working since I was 15, and at 16, I discovered my passion for working with children. I began my childcare journey at Love To Grow On daycare in Lino Lakes, working with pre-K and school-age kids. Later, I joined the summer program at River Trail Learning Center, a Level IV school in Coon Rapids, where I supported nonverbal and autistic students. After college, I returned to River Trail full-time, working with children with behavioral disorders and IEPs. I truly love working with children because I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow and develop into their own unique individuals.
