I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I've developed strong skills in communication, patience, creating structured routines, and making sure the people I care for feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I genuinely enjoy working with children and getting to know their individual personalities, interests, and needs. I'm attentive to details, reliable, and always strive to create a positive and fun environment while maintaining appropriate structure and boundaries. I'm also CPR/First Aid trained and take safety very seriously.
