I worked with Ryan at a school specifically for individuals on the autism spectrum in Baltimore, MD. Ryan was a Program Assistant where he worked closely with five, 5th grade young men helping them with classwork, assisted them in the bathroom, de-escalated behavioral situations, tracked their progress, performance & behavior from class to class and made sure they hit their IEP goals among other goals. He truly loved those boys. He had fun with them and lovingly pushed/encouraged them.
