About Ruth

Nurturing children in a positive and empowering environment is of utmost importance. For the past nine years, I've had the pleasure of caring for people of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers to elders. I hold a college degree and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My approach is patient and creative, and I strive to make a positive impact by encouraging wellness and fun active learning in responsibilities, life/emotional skills, and scholarly subjects. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am also comfortable with technology-based games. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication, and regular text or phone updates. I have my own car as well that I can use if gas is covered. I would love to bring my experience and passion for childcare to your family, perhaps even sharing my love for languages!
