About Ruth

As the oldest child I was very early on a caregiver for grandparents, children and yes, animals. It has never ended and it is still on going. Through foster care I've adoption my now adult children. And until his passing I recently cared for my 90-year-old father in my home. How wonderful that I had that time with him. People tell me I'm a calming influence, a good listener and that I make them laugh. I'd love to write a book! My home looks like a library and there is a wide variety of crafting tools and supplies everywhere. My dogs are my stay at home babies. All my life God has provided me with the support of family and church. Over time I've learned to except help and support even though I always want to be the one who gives it! There is great reward in serving others and I find joy in giving back what I've recieved.
