About Micaela

I've always been passionate about providing genuine care and building relationships with my members. I started caregiving when I was 12 years old through caring for my Nana who had Alzheimer's my whole life. My dad and I were her primary caretakers up until she passed away this last May. It was only the last two years of her life that I was able to be trained and paid to care for her. Once I started with an agency I took to caregiving for others and fell in love with my work. I understand how important it can be to have someone warm and trusted come into your home, and not someone just there for a job. I specialize in Alzheimer's and dementia care, but have worked with folks of all ages and different levels of needs. Including cerebral palsy, autism, schizophrenia, and quadriplegic individuals. I would love to meet you and start giving you or your loved one, the quality care and engagement they deserve.
