About Ruth

Mental Health Technician (MHT) student, CNA, and experienced Medication Technician with a strong background in patient-centered care. I have hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs. I previously worked with Northeast, where I gained experience using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) methods, supporting clients with behavioral plans, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I am compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive to safety, dignity, and individualized care. I work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, follow care plans accurately, and prioritize clear communication with families and healthcare professionals. My goal is to continue growing in the mental and behavioral health field while providing respectful, structured, and empathetic care to every patient.
