About Kaitlin

I'm a warm, positive, and dedicated caregiver with lots of experience working with children and adolescents. I spent over seven years as a dance and gymnastics instructor, supporting children ages 3-15 through engaging, structured activities that build confidence and creativity. I also have several years of babysitting and nannying experience, including three summers caring for two middle school-aged girls. With this, I supported daily routines, planned activities inside or outside their home. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I currently work as a therapist in outpatient and school settings. I'm especially comfortable working with neurodivergent children and focus on creating a calm, supportive, and fun environment where kids can grow and feel confident! I am looking for part-time summer work to supplement my school counseling hours!
