Ruth is working for my family as a baby sister as needed. I have two kids who are 9 and 6. She is very patient, understanding and the kids love to play with her. She is very caring and responsible. She makes sure that the kids needs is taken care of before we say anything to her. She is very respectful. Her flexibility and availability is also an additional asset. She also helps the kids with their homework. She is a valuable member of our family.
