About Ruta

I spend almost 20 years working as CNA and big part of my job was helping my patients with physical therapy. I've seen people reaching their goals and have witnessed some remarkable recovery's. I am passionate about staying physically strong while aging, also have lots of experience on how to keep patients motivated, supportive, encouraging and also making it fun. I'll meet you wherever you're in bed, or need help with cooking, we can make grocery shopping in to a workout or gardening. I am life long yoga practitioner. With best regards Ruta.
