Compassionate PCA who is motivated and empathetic, seeking an HHA role to help enhance the quality life of seniors by being patient, caring, and respectful assistance. I have worked with dementia, bed bound patients, parkinson's, cancer patients, fall recovery and more. I also have worked with patients of the ages 65-90. I've implemented engaging activities to boost cognitive function (such as at home physical therapy), making meals together with support, and playing with puzzle pieces or even watching movies! Household tasks such as light house keeping, meal prep, laundry, and errands with PT (with car provided), grocery shopping if needed. Personal care as well, such as help with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers (wheelchair/bed/chair). Health support such as medication reminders, following care plans, and managing schedules.
