We consider ourselves lucky to have found Rudina and worked with her! She worked with us for our infant son into toddlerhood and we couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful, caring, patient, and skilled nanny. But Rudina isn't just a nanny, she's a teacher, too. We noticed a huge uptick in words, motor skills, eating, walking and other skills with our son. She's calm, good-natured, reliable, flexible, and super knowledgeable in all things child-related (she raised three kids of her own). Rudina puts in the time, really cares about what she does, and is an absolute pleasure to be around. 10/10, highly recommended, a true gem and a wonderful person!
