Brit is such a wonderful caregiver to our daughter as we bridge a gap in childcare between our return to work and our daughter’s start at daycare. Her willingness to be flexible in a short-term arrangement really saved us! Brit is our daughter’s first non-family member caregiver. She has expertly navigated issues such as separation anxiety, changes in nap schedules, and introduction to solid foods. She follows a family’s wishes while providing really helpful and insightful guidance based on her years of experience. I especially appreciate that she loves getting kiddos outdoors, makes sure to include enrichment activities like long nature walks and library classes into the schedule, and provides updates throughout the day.
