Ruby is AMAZING. She is dependable, reliable, responsible, compassionate, intuitive, flexible, smart, fun and creative. As well as having super communication skills. She is very engaging, has many talents and interests to share, and spent the entire time doing various great activities with my daughter. She knows how to set boundaries while using kind words. She is also a great cook. She was wonderful in every way with my special needs daughter. Without any direct experience she stepped right in and knew how to handle each and every situation- one of the most talented caregivers I have seen.
