⭐ 1 Star I hired Shaila for nanny services, and unfortunately, she failed to show up as scheduled. I sent multiple messages, made several calls, and left a voicemail, but I received no response or communication explaining why she did not show. I understand that emergencies can happen, but completely failing to communicate is unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially when childcare arrangements are involved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend her for nanny services.
