About Rubi

Hi! I'm Rubi, a recent high school graduate looking to babysit this summer before returning to school on August 29. While I don't have formal paid experience, I've cared for my niece since she was 3 (now 6), my nephew from ages 8 to 11, and my 6-year-old cousin. These experiences have taught me to be patient, responsible, and attentive while creating a safe and fun environment for children. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which has strengthened my caregiving, communication, and safety skills. Although I haven't worked professionally as a CNA yet or had a formal job, earning my certification has given me valuable hands-on training in safety, communication, and providing compassionate care. I speak both English and Spanish, know how to swim, and have reliable transportation. I'm happy to help with homework, meal prep, playtime, bedtime routines, and light tidying related to the children. I'm available all summer and would love the opportunity to care for your little ones!
