For the past seven years, I've been passionate about helping elementary students unlock their full potential. I am a certified teacher with some college experience. I believe every student can succeed with personalized support. I assess individual learning styles through active listening and observation, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. To keep students engaged, I connect challenging topics to their interests and break down complex problems. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents, fostering a collaborative environment. Seeing a student's confidence soar as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am willing to tutor at my home, online, or at a library. I can help with Math, English, Science, Art, Music & Drama, Special Education, and History.
