I graduated from college in 2016 with a degree in Early Childhood Special Education and a minor in English as a Second Language. Over the last 15+ years I have provided childcare and family support in many ways including, but not limited to, working in professional settings with children with special needs, supporting newborns and new parents, providing professional caregiver education, leading baby yoga, teaching and maintaining potty training for toddlers and preschoolers, driving and coordinating carpool for multiple nanny families, and more. I have experience with children birth-15. I have great compassion for all human beings, I encourage curiousity and experiential learning at every opportunity, and posses a great deal of patience and practical knowledge to support strong development and soothe behaviors. Roxanne is THE BEST. She cared for my son from 3 months to 1 year old. As a first-time mom, I had no idea what I was doing, and Roxanne was an absolute godsend. She brought calm, expertise, and patience through every milestone: working through sleep schedules, teething, and everything in between. Roxanne always went above and beyond. She took my son to yoga and the zoo, went on regular walks, introduced him to baby sign language, and intentionally worked on his frustration tolerance and communication skills. She genuinely cared about my son and actively supported his development. On top of all that, Roxanne always showed up with a positive attitude and was wonderfully flexible with our ever-changing schedules. Any family would be lucky to have her.
