With three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I've learned the value of compassion and empathy. I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines and incorporate memory care activities. I also have CPR and First Aid training. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history.
