About Rowan

Hello! My name is Rowan, and I am enthusiastically seeking opportunities to work in childcare starting the first week of September or after. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Minnesota with minors in family therapy and music. I am looking to work part time as I navigate applying for graduate programs in counseling. I am energetic, outgoing, and I adore working with children of all ages. I have six years of experience working as a caregiver for an adolescent with an intellectual disability, five years of working as a tutor or teaching assistant, and I have one year of experience working as a behavioral therapist for children ages 3-7 with autism spectrum disorder. I have great experience in childcare and bring positive energy to each environment I work in. I can't wait to continue my journey working with children because it is incredibly fulfilling. It brings me joy to know that I can have a positive impact on young lives!
