About Rosmarilen

I'm a senior at Fairleigh Dickinson University, majoring in Criminology with minors in Psychology, Sociology, and Child Development & Behavior. I'm 20 years old and have over 3 years of paid childcare experience, along with 8 years of unpaid care through family and community. I've worked with children ranging from 6 months to 9 years old, including caring for siblings as young as 1 and 4 simultaneously. Currently, I nanny a5-year-old three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). I'm now seeking additional opportunities to help support my family, as my father is recovering from a stroke and my mother is undergoing cancer treatment. I'm reliable, compassionate, and deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel seen, supported, and cared for.
