Hello! During the school year, I work as a K-5 SpEd paraeducator, supporting kids neurodiversity and behavioral needs. I also provide teaching assistance and am very familiar with Pre-K/ elementary school curricula and developmental milestones. I have 12 years of childcare experience (6m-12y), including multi-family nanny shares, full-time care, overnight care, and travel nannying. I know some ASL, Baby Sign and speak basic Spanish. I love working with families, prioritize creativity, imagination, outdoors, and developmentally appropriate activities over screen time, and value open communication with parents regarding expectations, needs, etc. I am open to a summer-only position; however, I plan to start a remote graduate program in 2027 and would love to build a long-term, full-time relationship with a family, in which case I would not return to my elementary school position in the fall.
