As a wife and mother and former day care owner, as well as a generous good hearted Italian belonging to a very large family I have been asked on several occasions for over 20 years to house sit for friends and family while they were on vacation or extended work trips. I have taken in their mail waited for their deliveries, Wattered their plants, gardens walked their pets and cared for their children. I also have checked in on the elderly provided meals picked up prescriptions. All for a simple thank you or I was given a small token for a thank you. Never thought I should ask for a pay because they are family and friends.. I am friendly, easy going as well as trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and honest and enjoy doing good things for others.
