With one year of experience, I am a Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and incorporate memory care activities or sensory engagement into care. I create written daily reports for families. I am friendly and approachable. I understand the importance of learning about your loved one's preferences and personal history. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training.
