About Laika

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with a passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I believe earning trust is essential when connecting with those in my care. With one year of experience, I provide personal care and am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate openly with families, following their preferred method, often with written daily reports. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training. While my formal education includes some high school, my real learning comes from hands-on experience. I would be honored to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
