About Rose

My background includes three years of coaching high school cheerleading and three years as a paraeducator in a primary school, giving me a strong foundation in academic support, child development, and youth mentorship. I believe safety and comfort come first--when kids feel valued, heard, and at ease, real learning can happen. My goal is to build a positive environment where students can be themselves, have fun, and learn in ways that truly click for them. Whether we're tackling homework, playing educational games, or talking through challenges, I make sure every interaction is meaningful. I'm dependable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each child succeed. I love being part of their growth and giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is in caring, capable hands!
