About Rose

My name is Rose, based in Randolph. I am a youth programming specialist and middle child of a family with five siblings, bringing 20+ years personal and 3+ years professional experience serving in the childcare and youth development setting. I'm taking this upcoming year to pause programming and finish my Public Administration degree, seeking to give back to RVA families in a more personal, engaging, and curated manner. Combining my informal childcare and formal youth development program experience, I can ensure that children under my care will learn healthy habits, self-efficacy, and social leadership skills. I am also an off-season calisthenics athlete, so don't be surprised if your kid starts repping out pushups! Though most of my experience comes from serving ages preK-12, I care for all youth age-appropriately, with safety, empathy, and connection as a top priority.
