About Bianca

As a responsible childcare provider with two years of experience, I am dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. My passion for childcare began with babysitting and grew through my role at Jackson Davis Elementary's Summer Academy, where I organized and led activities for first graders, balancing fun and learning. Currently, I mentor youth through the Metropolitan Business League, helping them develop essential life and career skills. I am also a finance major at VCU, where I've developed strong organizational and communication skills that enhance my childcare approach. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to ensure peace of mind. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 4-11, and am open to working with older kids. My goal is to provide consistent, thoughtful care while respecting household rules and supporting each child's unique needs.
