Roseanna was wonderful with our two daughters (4 years old and 18 months). From the start, she was very prompt to respond and incredibly easy to communicate with. She arrived exactly on time and was very respectful of our lead and the girls' established routines. Roseanna is sweet and patient, and our daughters felt comfortable with her in no time—they truly had a great time! Beyond the great childcare, she also helped with light cleaning and tidying up the toys, leaving the house very clean. We also really appreciated that she provided periodic updates throughout the time we were away, which gave us great peace of mind. We will definitely be requesting her help again and highly recommend her!
