I Worked at Skilled Nursing Facilities and one to one patients. My background includes terminally ill cancer patients, chronic diabetics, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke, aphasia, cardiac, breathing problems, recovering from surgeries like hip or knee surgery, heart surgery, and hospice patients. My responsibilities include providing personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, feeding, repositioning, entertaining, managing medication, ROM, making sure the client feels safe and comfortable, taking the client to social activities such as elderly groups, doctor's appointments, nail and hair appointments, etc. In 2004 I went back to Indonesia for 3 months to take care my ailing parents. It was than that I realized my vocation to be a care provider especially for the elderly people.

Rosdiana is extremely professional and caring. She is caring for my husband who has advanced Multiple Sclerosis and who is a very complicated patient. She has energy, skill and a sense of humor. She has also been a great advisor and helpmate to me as I work through our time in hospice. Additionally, she is experienced with the proper procedures for wound dressing, catheters, bathing and overall care. Anyone hiring her will be lucky to have her assistance.
